Hi, I'm Deepa! I'm the Founder and Marketing Principal of Kindle Consulting. I'm an engineer, a strategist, a mom and a geek. With over 18 years experience at hi-tech brands like Intel and Hewlett Packard, education brands like KinderCare, and at small and mid-sized companies, I've lived in the trenches and designed microprocessor chips, incubated and launched new B2B and B2C businesses, managed and grown global multi-billion $ businesses, developed and deployed disruptive global products and services, and more. ​

An entrepreneur at heart, I started Kindle Consulting to bring my experience and passion for strategy, innovation and product marketing to other companies who are growing, but need the right mix of experience, tools and frameworks to scale. I bring my expertise working at large and small organizations, and working with a range of clients and industries, to support growing businesses in a way that is unique, and valuable.
My business philosophy is simple: It's about the customer. Good strategy is always grounded in data. Know your customers & competition. Keep innovating. 

I have a Bachelor of Science & Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and an Innovation Leadership Certification from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. With my experience in marketing and strategy, my engineering and business training and broad network of experts, I will help kindle your customers' passion for your products and help you grow. I look forward to working with you!

Marketing Strategist

Hello, I’m Pam!   I’m a Partner with Kindle Consulting. I’m a highly skilled Marketing Leader with expertise in Consumer, SMB and Enterprise segments across larger and smaller businesses. I’ve led major innovation launches and award-winning advertising campaigns across Hewlett Packard’s printing, personal computing and services businesses. And, I’ve been in the trenches with McKinsey and PWC working on business transformation projects focused on value capture and creation. Plus, I’ve worked with many of the top branding agencies to develop and activate new brand names and identities.

My MBA is from Colorado State University and my undergraduate degree is in business education. And, now I’m combining my love for sharing knowledge with my expertise in all things marketing.

Hi, I’m Stacie! I’m a Marketing Communications and Brand Manager with extensive experience in the computer, specialty paper, aerospace, medical research and health care industries. I specialize in strategic communications, brand architecture, value proposition development, messaging, new product launches and press and public relations. My employment history includes Hewlett-Packard, Rohr Inc. (United Technologies), Hospital Corporation of American, and Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation.

I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University and have completed numerous professional classes and seminars.

With more than 30 years of working with both for-profit and non-profit institutions, large and small, I’ve worked in virtually every facet of marketing from national advertising campaigns to local-level community outreach. I’ve learned that successful marketing programs all have one key element – a clear strategy that is bought into by all stakeholders. I have a passion for driving this type of engagement, and I look forward to working with you to do just that.

Hi, I’m Carrie! No matter what business I’ve been in or where I go, I find that I am drawn to marketing. I notice the ads make my thumb stop, radio that speaks to me, and even brochures that entice me to dive into the glossy goodness.  Why? Because when done right marketing is an attractive experience and the person and product/service are drawn together magnetically without cheesy pandering or aggressive sales tactics. Marketing can be both a strategic and creative way to take a product, position it in a compelling manner, and prime it for conversion. 
 
For the last decade I’ve worked across technology, education, wellness, and best of all with many diverse people. I place customer and internal communications and relationships at the forefront, and pair these with accountability and precise deliverables. I believe strongly in creating integrated marketing plans and ensuring a smooth and thoughtful customer journey.
 
I am the sole proprietor of Stated Marketing, where I work with clients nationally to increase their strategic approach as well as to tackle their bucket list of marketing programs.

Hi. I’m Jena.  I’m a seasoned marketing professional with a broad range of experience across multiple marketing disciplines and strategic and business planning initiatives. I’ve led a variety marketing campaigns spanning Consumer, SMB and Enterprise customers and across variety of businesses.  My experience includes but is not limited to developing brand architectures, managing marketing communications and GTM plans, leading critical market research as well as developing cross functional strategic plans.   It’s the breadth of my experience enables me to weave together unique insights and approaches.  

I hold both a Bachelor degree in both Finance and Computer Science.  This provided a solid foundation on top of which I’ve honed my marketing prowess with over 30 years of hands-on experience in multiple businesses across Hewlett Packard.

Throughout, I’ve learned a critical first step is to build clear alignment on objectives and to layout well-defined path forward in order to deliver results.

Hi, I'm Veronica! With 20+ years of experience in product marketing, business strategy and program management, I have worked on a variety of consumer products, from high tech to soft goods.  I researched and developed the next generation product roadmap for a multi-$B consumer category, I have launched well-known consumer brands, and helped build a corporate start-up business from the ground up, turning it into a $50M profitable venture within 2 years. 

I thrive on solving problems involved with new initiatives, whether it’s helping an early stage company meet the challenges of growth, or a mature business trying to figure out how to scale and innovate.  I bring creativity, strategic thinking and human insight to a broad range of business opportunities, and am adept at working across organizational boundaries to find common ground and drive results.

I have a Bachelors of Arts, with Honors in History from the University of California, San Diego, and a Masters in International Business, also from UCSD.
